Q1: Sometimes the drag-n-drop fails or turns to be very slow?
Transfer between two devices depends on a stable wifi or bluetooth connection. If your wifi network is unstable or very congested(for example: there are p2p applications in the background) or has firewall open, the drag-n-drop may fail or be very slow. Bluetooth is much more stable, but is slower than wifi for large files or pics.
When both wifi and bluetooth are open, if wifi is stable usually RealDoc will use wifi to transfer data. If wifi is unstable or congested, RealDoc will tend to use bluetooth connection. You can turn off the bluetooth for a try to see which one is better.
